Admin and Customer Support Specialist

KARMA - As a small family owned and run business, our intention is to share the healing powers of plants through ethically sourced, high quality, 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils and make them accessible to as many people as possible at the most affordable price point.

The KARMA team is looking for an Admin and Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about a natural and holistic way of life and at the same time loves the fast-paced world of ecommerce.

As product knowledge is very important for the role, you should have a working knowledge about essential oils and are willing to learn more through self study with all the courses and materials provided.

While this is a full time work from home position, we are looking for someone who can visit the office once a week or from time to time when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • handle the day to day operations of the online storefronts
  • manage consignments
  • monitor the inventory and predict ordering time and quantities
  • communicate to suppliers and service providers
  • prepare product labels from templates
  • create, organize or improve the systems in place regarding storage, packaging and fulfillment
  • respond to customer inquiries related to technical product specifics, order status, shipping status, refund and repair, etc. on a timely manner
  • schedule social media posts
  • create social media post templates
  • prepare store and staff performance reports
  • work with internal staff about feedback, suggestions and any improvements necessary for the growth of the team and the brand

Requirements:

  • excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino, as well as copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • working knowledge on essential oils and natural and holistic lifestyle
  • working knowledge on different social media platforms, online selling and online shopping
  • comfortable in navigating tools like Google Drive, docs, sheets and forms
  • self motivated, organized, works to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • positive outlook in work and life, can-do mindset
