Fresh, stimulating, promotes alertness, soothes aches, pains and itchy skin including psoriasis and eczema, eases headaches, soothes respiratory infections and asthma, relieves nausea and other digestive problems.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use undiluted on skin. If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. (For Lemon) Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 24 hours after applying.
1. Remove the cover and carefully fill the tank with tap water. Make sure the water level does not exceed the water mark.
2. Add 7-15 drops of essential oil depending on the size of the room.
3. Cover the tank and press “MIST” to turn it on. You can setup the timer each time you press this button.
4. When set to “CONT” the diffuser will operate continuously and will automatically turn off when the water tank is empty.
5. When set to "10" the diffuser will mist 10 seconds on /10 seconds off.
6. Press “LIGHT” to turn on the light and to change the settings from rotating colors, freezing a certain color and turning the light off.
7. Drain the water and wipe any excess moisture after every use.

What are your delivery options?
- Lalamove/ Grab/ Store pick up - while our website shows that it is free, the shipping fee will have to be paid upon delivery. The reason we do not charge this when placing an order is because we follow a cashless setup in the office so we won't be able to pay the Lalamove fee for you.
- J&T Express - regular shipping takes 2-8 business days depending on your location. A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated upon checkout and is based on the weight of the items in your cart. Proceed to the checkout page to see how much the shipping fee will cost for your particular order.
Why is shipping expensive for the diffuser and the Himalayan Salt Lamps?
Please note that the shipping fee is a bit more expensive for our Diffuser, Essential Oil Intro Set and Himalayan Salt Lamps as we ship them in mailer boxes to ensure that the products are packed properly to prevent any damages during the shipping process.
How long is your shipping timeframe?
Orders with Lalamove as their delivery method should be prepared and be ready for pick up within 24 hours (our fulfilment team doesn't work on Sundays) as long as there are no stock availability issues.
Orders that will be shipped through regular shipping will be sent out within 24-48 hours from the date of order. Shipping might take 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
Can you book the Lalamove/ Grab Express pick up for me?
We would really love to help on this though this has been a challenge to do with the number of orders that we are trying to fulfill in a day. When our schedule's quite forgiving, we can offer to help but we cannot guarantee that we can do it for everyone. We highly recommend that you book the pick up instead. :)
Can I drop by your office to pick my order up?
Yes! An order should be placed and paid on the website prior to pick up though. Please advise us by contacting our Customer Support Team if you will pay upon pick up so we can properly instruct our fulfillment staff to prepare the order before you arrival.
When will you restock sold out items?
If an item is sold out, click 'Notify me to get notified immediately through email when we restock.
